Bhapa, Good to see you here.
No financial, as we talked before, they might not have money to pay the auditors; so no audit work and no financial. Now, they might have and FS will be out.

$3M is good a total $2M company.

I do not understand the part of the new company. Is it a totally separated company, is it a change in name or what is going on? Does anyone figured this out?
