This company is literally a peace of SH*$, with them being upside down, earnings quality being so crappy at 3 million, they put out this weak PR without the FS, wow...I can't believe they are still trying to scam people...

ps. if anything I think PG&E might be able to win a suit against them for specific performance with this kind of delay in performance....I see them selling the contracts having an RS and changing the name back to seamless.
