we already know what the new company is and what they will be doing just go to their website....the share structure is beyond perfect for a huge run on a quality deal completed so that is what we are waiting for. We want to hear what they have in the works for the coming year and what potential revenue they will receive from it. They lock up something that will net them $500,000 in revenue (small deal) at 2.6m o/s we should be trading at .18 - .20 as long as they don't have to drop shares to get any deals done...so that is the waiting game we are playing right now. also, they are working on getting more up to date filings out as well...
