Thats exactly what it is Olandug, i posted a few days ago the 8-k that TADF released on April 2nd, that they were changing auditors for economical reasons. TADF has been filing since 2006, they have been late a few times but they have ALWAYS gone back to current status. That is FIVE years of filing guys. It takes time to complete an audit, especially year end. They will get it done. Right now, as they should be, they are probably doing everything possible to close ASAP, just like the IR department told Wolf yesterday. Mergers with multi-million dollars at stake do not get done overnight. We all know this is done, just wait for the announcement and teh details. GLTA
