You should contact the company’s transfer agent, Transfer Online, at 503-227-2950. They will give you more information, in fact you can request the restricted certs be sent to you for a $35 fee then send them to you broker to incorporate into your account.

Your broker should have given a little better information than they did.

They are already off restriction.
