I also think that Nok now has a taste of our legal firm's prowess and a loss in arb only signals future losses for Nok in 3g.If some type of settlement sees Nok taking a stake in our company then the departures of Goldberg and Tilden makes sense.Probably some wishfull thinking on my part, but can't help thinking buyback of shares has something to do with the inevitable consolidation that will be taking place in this sector in the coming year.jmho-glta
