Usually when PP's are announce the share price tends to gravitate to that number. My guess is the market takes that as fair market price, if that is what the company is announcing a PP at. Of course it doesnt happen with every company, but for the most part that is what you see with PP's... Diamond drilling is some of the most expensive drilling. I dont know the exact costs associated with it, but I believe depth and hardness of rock play a part in using Diamond drills. would be nice if someone knew costs, but my guess is that its probably different for every company?... maybe even every hole? I have no idea...
