Revealing my ignorance of the market...

Is there some mechanism or market force in place related to the PP and the strike price of .75 that is driving the SP toward .75? A previous post (cant find it) indicated that there was similar market behavior following prior PP(s). Or is SP going to .75 simply a coincedence?
