It's not a large building. In my Googling I think I saw it was 1650 s/f. But you may be right.

I think to have two companies operate out of it, it will need some remodeling. All those barber chairs take up a lot of room. Whatever, a retail outlet on Fairfax between Beverly Blvd and Melrose is SUPER Rad news.
