Mr. Frizzell is a lawyer with NO securities or market experience. He very likely knows less than you do about how the markets work and he is surrounded by a group of naked short "true believers"...I think he could very easily be mislead.

The fact is, it is impossible for the number of shares reported by shareholders in their brokerage accounts to exceed the CEDE & Co. number reported by the company in their 8-K of 3/14/05. Those are the "phantom" shares I was referring to earlier as not existing.

On another earlier note; I am going to see if I can dig up some stuff on GLKCE that you may find interesting...I will PM it to you.

407,321,106,308: The TOTAL electronic shares of CMKX as of 03/04/2005. If the NSS of CMKX is not there, IT DOES NOT EXIST.
