Nope. But he has indicated that he thinks he will be able to get the evidence in front of Judge Murray.

My wild guess would be that he would try and get it in during a cross examination...it will be interesting to see how he does it (if he does). Second guess would be that he requests that she allow it to be entered in a prehearing pleading.

But I can't even imagine how it is going to go...lol.
