PROVO, Utah, March 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Raser Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RZTI), a renewable energy company, announced today that, in view of its current cash resources, non-discretionary expenses, debt and near term debt service obligations, it intends to explore all strategic alternatives to maintain its business as a going concern, including, but not limited to, a sale or merger of the Company, or one or more other transactions that may include a comprehensive financial reorganization of the Company.


They basically TOLD US they were going to do this back in March!
No one wanted to believe it!
Look at the chart... we tanked from .27 to close at .18 the next day. We all were pissed because ...why did they put out that PR that makes it sound like they're going BK!

aaAhhH! Maybe because that was their PLAN!?!?

Management here has been F^@King the shareholders over since last April/May... wouldn't surprise me if this was their plan all along!
