Thats the way these guys view it...there are different agendas but most believe that they are better suited to make company decisions...so what if they are the minority...they won....We may continue to lose foreign sales but they have a moral victory.

When the company makes the next effort to qualify the sp for NASDAQ we will see what the "noisy minority" will have to say then...iof they are still around...
