The court case is too complex.There should be a summary of 30 lines max to attract new investors.

Though the situation has only improved for commons the latest months (IMO) interest went down.
Too complex, little big buys, excellent opportunity for JPM and others to buy wamu shares in silence. The longer it takes the less they'll be hurt when a settlement comes along.

My simple investment logic tells me this:
1) court case has lasted long enough, everybody wants to end the misery
2) no-one wants to unfold the dirt and go to jail
3) EC is a pain in the a$$ for the other parties, so a settlement for commons shall be happening as well
