kid, you have a point there, but first I have not seen any report from the company stating they will not post financials, nor even have I seen where they said that they will not audit those financials. They have said that they could not afford to re-audit from 2006 forward. Remember that financials where already audited and only because the audit firm's issues the SEC wanted them to redo. In fact the last statement from Richard indicated they were waiting on the audit to be complete(for the quarter) so they could post the quarterlies. There has been a lot of jumping to conclusions here not based in facts. Yes, I would love for them to be fully reporting status again. But not at a cost of 300,000. These 4th qtr numbers will not be excellent IMHO, in fact, I expect them to be more flat lined on rev and much larger on expense. I expect the stock to take a temp hit at which time I will load some more. My main question is whether they will have to dilute to get to FDA approval time. But I continue to buy the product and promote it to friends and co-workers and to write my Congressman/woman. In the meantime the posters that have been jumping on the fact that the company has not been transparent enough on Canada, Latin America, etc I am in 100% agreement with and will start writting the company to ask them to do a better job. But, the fact remains that there is still a window here to turn this around and I will do everything in my power to help the company get thru the opening.
