Anyone read through the five form 4s filed 4/29? I think something big is happening. I will be calling Buchanan Tom and posting his responses to my site. Significant amounts of preferred stock were just converted to common..... were the preferred shares participating before? If they weren't, this activity screams impending buyout to me.
