Dave - the analyst/advisor rumor is wrong...IMO

a rumor that Kyocera was waiting in the wings to sign a 3G deal with InterDigital after the Nokia arbitration was done.

If he said Lucent instead of Nokia I would accept it as a rumor with a good foundation. The Nokia arb is over 2G GSM...which Kyocera does not make (but they have a license for anyway with IDCC). The Lucent activity however will, if we win, have a positive effect on bringing CDMA2000 manufacturers like Kyocera to the table....after they see what is left of the 9 patents asserted.
