OK, I finally picked up the phone and called the company.

Evan returned my phone call within a few minutes.

A couple of outcomes from our discussion:

1. If you have questions about the company, give him a call. He is open to discuss their plan and assessment of where they are with those of us on this board. (he does monitor the posting here occasionally).
2. Feel like we are doing too much Monday morning QBing on the business. They have a plan that they are pursuing. It may not be progressing as fast as we would like, but it is progressing! They are balancing the day-to-day requirements of the business with the long-term growth. Yes, everyone would like them to pay more attention to the stockholders. They are doing what they feel is important and for now that is contiuing to grow the business. He feels good about the movement to more of a wholesell business and states the number of retailers is near 100 with some great names on the list.
3. Business requirements lead them to have to choose between getting the new line completed or filling on time. They chose completing the line. Filings will probably be out a couple of weeks more. Says they are also working on he 1st quarter filing. States that getting the filings up to date was a significant financial expense but wanted to get there for the benefit of ALL stockholders - including themselves.
4. Asserted their interest in the stockholders and assures that they have no interest in selling any of the stock they are currently holding. To quote him "why would I sell stock when the net gains wouldn't even cover what was paid to get the stock caught up. Stock has much more long term value. Besides, I would have to file to sell any of the stock". Feels like to stock movement is DIRECTLY related to the few people who watch and talk here on this board. "You are talking amoungst yourselves" and commented that in many cases, our own discussion does NOT encourage others to join us. Evan said "Heck with what you all post to this board, I wouldn't buy the stock!".
5. Noted the PR firm is just that a PR firm, not an IR firm. "These are people who know fashion, e-mails to them simply come directly to me". Feels like they have a good market presence and doe not feel a continual release of small PRs would add siginificantly to that market presence. Each one would costs a few hundred and those company resources are better used elsewhere.

I have been a long term supporter of this stock and have a significant investment in them. I believe they are on the right path and yes, while I too get impatient at times, I know good things are ahead. IMO Craig
