Watch for FLD on OTGI: we know what the exact float is thanks to nice PR of clarity today. If each day we just get 60/40 buys over sells this week with more than a million volume ...imo its LOCKED and in dollars....


....but people...as some may remember I cheered on VOXR and its FLD last month from .04 to .90......we have a much better company in the hottest energy sector .... with a news event coming up by May 16th!!


...and 11 milly float!
