Well long term shareholders converted shares they owned into graffiti shares. At the moment those shares have no value until the IPO. It was expected to be out by May sometime I believe.

A couple other things to note are:

they aquired a 350 million dollar eqity line. (details are in a PR they released a while back.

The equity line is being used to aquire numerous companies that have been listed in past PR's but also a Big entertainment company that has yet to be announced.

If you go back through a few other PR's they have so much they are working on but IMO the Audits which are due out anytime according to the CEO will start this Stock off.
