When is the IPO ?

Do they ever give a date when they want to do the IPO? Is there any proof they are even trying to do the IPO?

If they list an IPO date and there is prrof I'd be buying SDVI by the truckload. Until then it's just another pinky gamble play IMO.

But I did not do a ton of DD (as thats pointless IMO because pinkies lie too much so DD is a waste of time).
