Don't you think it makes perfect sense, to get all the Wells operating to full capacity, while rising Oil prices is a concern to World trade and economy down turns. In the big picture scheme, it would make perfect sense to pospone the production of oil from the Texas field, that is if someone had interest in rising oil prices. So for arguments sake, lets forget about the OIL rich manguals and concentrate on flooding the World with rich Texas OIL and if it so happens the demand increases by natural trade, then increase the production to meet the demand. I think this is more of a OIL trade propaganda, that has been going on far to long.
