lowtrade, you posted: Management needs to raise $1.5 mill from VC.s. Probably why their after the authorized Share increase for 500 mil to 750 mil.

The shares allocated to fund and complete the GTC acquisition are already set aside prior to the requested increase in authorized shares. This is described in the recent proxy statement. I expect the acquisition will be completed before the shareholder vote.
