thank goodness the q&a was focused more towards merritt than questions that fagen would have to answer.i cringe every time something is directed to him.the reference by merrit to the shift to wcdma and how we are perceived in that arena going forward is key.i did not expect anything other than pat answers regarding howard and rip's departure and the timing thereof.thought someone would have point blank asked whether any negotiations were being held regarding settlement with nok,but i'm sure the standard no comment would have been the response.for a first quarter conference call,very little scrutiny on results as everyone awaits some decision on nok.overall impression was somewhat lackluster.
