That is exactly my point...until proven...rumors are rumors. There were rumors before 3g iPhone as well. Probably, this time the rumors have more credibility, but again rumors are just rumors. Anyway, I took objection with the following message that you posted which assumed rumors to be true and also removed the fixed fee (and maybe variable as per some calculations) license from the equation.

How do you suggest IDCC will make any money from the iPhone 5?
