I sold my remaining shares this morning ... but it was only 2500 shares. I tend to agree that short term there's some downside risk if expectations are too high ahead of the earnings, and since the Company's treatment of their deferred tax assets is unclear, based on previous discussion. It could be an unpleasant surprise for some if they report fully taxed earnings, though no taxes will actually have to be paid.
