**RE: Voting...once bit of advice I got from a PM was to hold onto to my packet and do not open it up. As well, to file the email I got from Schwab in my drafts with no reply.

This way if they try something funny and lock shares, I have absolute proof I did not vote nor did I check off the opt in/opt out box. I have the packet Schwab sent me still sealing and tucked away. And the email they sent me filed away.

If I find out Schwab votes for me or locks my shares, I will sue them for fraud, and get myself a nice little settlement. :)
