Reply to screaming eagle: Sometime back before I invested in egoh, I had a gut feeling after reading his bio that the reason he has moved around in the business world so much is that he has a developed a tendency over the years to have become a micro-managing type personality, which at times cant see that anyone else could have a better idea. This would work well if you spent 18 years as a salesman in the oil business, but not where you need to delegate numerous tasks to other people that have more experience than you do to gain the required result. It takes a lot of humility to accept the fact you might not have all the answers, and only a team effort and letting go of the reins to allow for unique personalitys to develop and put their heart into a project will bring success. He possibly might learn it too late to do us any good. Maybe a year ago he reversed out Eagle enviromental technologies stockholders, and when we were talking awhile back, he brought up the subject and said to me "I felt kind of bad about it". Feeling bad only effects the future in a positive way if a person sees value in having a conscience about it and can cease making decisions that create the same results,(may need help from a higher power to do this). An old preacher I knew years ago once told me "If you always do what youve always done youll always be what youve always been". But it looks like it might happen again a short time later to another group of stockholders. Personally I want transparency on the unrevealed identity of the signer of the 1st letter of intent without hiring a lawyer to possibly prove that none exsists. Or writing a letter of formal complaint for securities fraud which could potentially oust him and allow you to become president, by popular vote. I hope he's reading this and decides to finally call you or email you. It would be much easier for him to call you or come clean with us all, than for him to have me or another one of us to file with the sec on behalf of a lot of decent folks over it. The otc investment community needs to be treated like the true american citizens we are. Its never to late to change though, as long as a person is alive. Sincerely yours, KB.
