Thats what I have been talking about since the new development engine came into play along with the 600 million share reduction.

If I wanted to create value for investors and for insiders (owners and key developers) thats exactly what I would do. Create an environment that promotes shareprice appreciation along with allowing a 10 million and up purchase to reflect a very favorable market cap at a higher shareprice.....

Folks its win win for everybody. They have a development tool and strategy. To think someone could buy them out today for 1 million dollars (of course not possible) the current market cap is crazy..

The sector is hot and I see some big things happening sooner than later!!!!
