A topic for those that have the past experience to give it a mull! ...Now I have been around the block and the 'positioning' to reduce the A/S is a very interesting application ..We all know the reasons for an R/S ..BUT to reduce the A/S of a current low floater ???? I do not think it was done for exposure. It will raise the overall valuation of the stock for insiders and investors!... It minmizes and impairs to some degree the ability for DNAD to acquire!..But it does open the door for easier transition by DNAD to be acquired or accomadate a strategic merger!...Any body care to give it a chime or have seen this "Play" before!..My curiosity is good & piqued!!! ...SC
