I believe that the offer is for real. But realize that: there're very very little info on the company. I can't tell if there profitable (probably not). A lot of people lose money on stocks in general, and more so on pink sheet stocks (I believe). There're been a lot of scams with penny stocks.

Just use your risk capital and not your rent money.

There was a shares decreased by 1 for 50 split on April 15, 2005, just for reference.
