I called the company and a woman in investor relations directed me to: http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/finance.jsp?symbol=MTDX for the financials, which I found. From this filing I found as of April 15, 2005, shares outstanding 22,102,701. Public float: 9,752,401, sixtteen shareholders. There're eleven sheets total of current info.

This looks like a real company but being on the pink sheets they haven't been big on investor relations and I think a lot of pink listed companies don't want to spent money in this area until they see fit. The woman I spoke with said if the shareholders approve, then they will get all cash @ 3.125 but the board directors will get cash and stock. Do you own DD. This isn't investment advice.

It's nice to find at least two SEC filings. I was begining to wonder. If they were listed the price of the stock on the signing of the buyout would probably be 3.00 as of now.

I'm no expert, but as I see it, the buyout is already basically done and agreed to. But sometimes these deal fall apart for unexpected reasons.
