Have you checked out the AH activity? A 34,600 and a 37,900 block at much less than the close (14.76 & 14.77 respecively). MM's must have been gathering up shares to sell at the average price of the day which was 14.77. All of the above is according my TD Waterhouse account which shows all trades of 5K or more throughout the day and extended hours including providing the average share price traded today.

Can someone please verify?
