So assuming that the shareholders approve the buyout. Does anybody know when and how a shareholder will get 3.125 per share.

I don't think very many people would buy this stock because of lack of info on the company. Cannot even find one SEC filing.

Not saying that's this is a scam. TIXX.PK had a 1.09 buyout bid that went okay.
