Here is a question to ask. We all know there is some psychology behind the market. Why did Corcell/CBAI give a month notice in regards to the R/S vote, Then have it pass, and then give another 3 weeks to complete the split.

Now I would have to believe from human nature we do things that will benefit ourselves to the utmost degree. So why did they wait?

Interesting to say the least.
