Did Paul know his "company" wouldn't be able to manage something "as big as the bioharp"? Sam could not honestly be as stupid as to believe he was better off with XMDC rather then some REAL company with funding and the ability to make this thing happen...
Makes you think that maybe they were both in on it from the beginning, but that doesn't make sense when you see the unnecessary legal fees, and then it would also mean the harp was probably a piece of junk... IDK, but then again, no one does.
