I spoke to Andrew Hill (Andy), and the stock certs that Andy referred to where not CMKX stock, but other stocks he had prior to being employed with CMKX.

No broker will take any certs, unless you have an account set up. You just do not jump out of a car, run into a broker, and state, " I want to sell this stock."
