seems to be just a generic TD response. I just did this and it did nothing. Also, big board stocks L2 work; it is just the pinks and OTC that are not working on my command center.

I launched their new app also, Architect, and the same thing was happening (no OTC/pink L2, but others worked).

So I'm not sure what it could be. My first guess was that TD no longer is going to provide L2 for OTC/Pinks? Or hopefully just some bugs.
