There is no statute of limitation because it's considered an on going dispute as of the last info released. What is important to keep in mind is that this dispute was between the university and rppr. and rppr owns aquastar, which has a license agreement with star rotor which has a partnership with that same university. rppr, being the owner of aquastar, still owes a yearly fee to star rotor due in june. Will they pay up? If they don't then the AC unit is history. It just looks to me like they are not persuing the AC development since not PRs have been released about any progress being made, and the end of the second qtr. is fast approching.
