Then why has nothing been filed in court??? Also why did aquastar send them a check for their series A convertible preferred stock to the university of Texas at Austin if they are in the wrong?? Yes there is a POSSIBLE litigation. It's been more than 2 years and nothing has been filed?? I'm sorry but if the university was in the right why have they not just said F all the bs negotiations, that have been going on for over 2 years, and file it in court and be done with it. I'm not sure if there is statute of limitations for this type of case or not to be honest but if there is most of the time it's 2 years. Well this all happened on April 10th of 2009. If someone knows if their are statute of limitations for this let me know.
