I am relatively new to investing and there are only so many investing books I can read, while taking 7 classes. Would a float of 18 million be considered relatively small compared to the O/S? Would the small float make this a volatile stock?
Lastly, is Ctcc in debt? Do we have any assets or cash on hand in this company? What are the liabilities and are we bleeding money or are the investors losing hope because of lack of communication?
