The US government, SEC, Nasdaq, and all governing authorities involving listing foriegn stocks did a sh*t poor job of any DD before allowing a listing. They should of known it would be impossible to get proper, truthful financial info from them prior to listing. Greed again. This world wide market has plenty of growing to do. With the diverse cultures, religions, etc., I do not think it ever will. No way compliance can be made universal, let alone be governed or regulated.
