The mere fact that ECDC rose upward 300 percent on just 11 million in volume Thursday definitely suggests the float/os is low. That is for sure. Great PR released with nice 2011 projections (not alot of pennies are bold enuff to do that or for that matter can't). CC tomorrow should be positive based on Thursdays guidance for 2011. The we have to look at where this stock was for its high in the past 52 weeks along where it was at in just the past few months and I think we definitely have room to move upward. How high; I can't project that. Put it all together and I think we have a winner here!
