Understood Robert however what I think Millionsinplay was stating is that the PPS would remain at .001 after the R/S which isn't the case and that is what I was trying to protray.

Additionally the "dilution" you refer to IMO is more of a power play for them because of the R/S, more shares would allow to provide more shares for new investors within the Common Stock is all. If they add the shares prior to the R/S those shares will receive the same chop as the R/S. But more shares will allow for additional buyers to come along. The level of knowledge and experiance the CEO has won't allow this company to go under in my opinion.

No matter what, it is the way each individual looks at it. Like I said I'm not looking into this penny stock as a flipper but as an investor with good things to come. Unfortunately I don't have more time to discuss but I look forward to everyone's reponse.
