I don't think that has anything to do with anything though. Theyre talking about how it may increase up to 30 times because the max split they can do is 1 for 30 , increasing it 30 the value times.

And millions , they haven't 'toxic' diluted yet, they are planning to . That's why it's stated in it. The part where it says the adding of more shares may impact the value of ours is a main focus. Whether this CEO is great or not is beside the point, they are adding shares , which in turn is going to have a negative impact on ours.
