I believe your right. I believe the CEO is a VERY smart man and has only the best intentions here. I do see this stock as an investment option not a trade option. It isn't a flippers dream this is an investment opprotunity with things to come IMO. So if your looking at a quick gain this probably isn't the option for you.

IMO:

- The 10-K will be coming out eventually.
- Revenue will start being generated from AdJuice.com in the first week of May.
- The R/S as stated in the 14C will allow for a different type of investor. (I think it will be a smart move to allow brokers to offer it as an investment option because the stock isn't too cheap anymore.)

There are other things IMO but that is just a few. Here is to a brighter investment future.
