I am trying to make sense out of no sense , we all know now that the the R/S is not caused by toxic dilution which is the cause of R/S in most shell toxic OTC companies , I stll say we don't know the whole story behind this proposed R/S , there are million of reasons that some try twist this in negative way to affect the PPS in negative way . here we talking about OTC with very small OS , doing R/S at this point is a mystery . I am not saying it is bad thing , I am just saying I just can't figure it out . I agree , I noticed some here never posted here before and jumped on that to give it a negative spin , almost like have shorted the stock and wishing for lower PPS to cover , that's why the company should post a letter to shareholder explaining why they doing it , SEC filling full of legal stuff , they need to address the issue in plain language to investors . I will watch this board closely to make sure few don't take advantage and spin stuff in negative way for some personal gains , so far I have not seen signs of deception by this company , they seem to know what they doing , I am not selling any shares and have thousands of reasons (dollars) to buy cheaper shares in case opportunity presents itself , I am not worried , just thinking loud trying to figure why they doing this , this is a good company with good business plan , on the other hand bad companies will massively dilute the stock then you only hear about it after the fact . Also if you read carefully , company states that it reserves the right of NOT Proceed in filling for a R/S , the CEO is very smart guy , he is well aware of the market , I will not rule out that he is setting up the stage for a major SHORT TRAP , shorts may continue to short at this PPS level on Monday counting in negative investors sentiment , then Kaboom ... All hell breaks loose with some major news , short sellers may get badly burned to the point they can never recover (cover) !!
I am not worried at all , I still believe in The Best Yet To Come
