We will be announcing our new merger plans via LOI in a press release next week. Our financial offices are releasing first quarter financials for 2011. I am pleased to announce our affiliates / shareholders will be receiving a dividend in May that will post to their Centaflix Account. The companies earnings were approx.. 1.5 million and we held a 48% profit margin ... Thank You for your efforts, and lets keep it up!



In new events ... we were approved last week for the new Centaflix Visa Card, which will be coming out this summer. The Centaflix Card will allow your monthly commissions to be posted to your account and accessed right away, you can also receive a credit line (w.a.c) for purchases you can pay over time with a great APR. It gets even better ... our affiliates will receive a bonus for every new cardholder referred of up to $100.00.



Centacom will open our Miami Market in May 2011 for bandwidth and colocation sales, Orlando to follow in mid June 2011. This is a great way to increase your commissions by referring customers, earning ongoing revenues at 10% to 25% of monthly customer sales. Finally, as stated before, our friends at Quasar (the shareholders) will be offered a stock exchange in our new public company. My goal has been to bring value to Quasar Shareholders investment while having them become part of Centacom, spreading the word on Centaflix/Centacom products and services. We are planning to set aside a percentage of the company to exchange their stock and move forward with us into the future. I truly feel that the Quasar Shareholders can enhance our company and together we can grow into a major communications and technology force in the years to come.
