FCSC-Rodman and Renshaw posted a target of $3 even with all these financial arrangements. The potential is huge. The company recently cam out of bankruptcy so they will have to be careful with the way they treat shareholders. There is no need to massively dilute people at this time. Once FDA Approval comes than the dilution can happen at a much smaller scale..
No worries here. The 10K was available before the run and people decided to buy the potential
