The R/S is not a completely bad idea in the long run, especially in uplisting, the point that should be focused on here is that 100/1 is excessive. With the success the company seems to be having right now they shouldn't have to worry about a pullback.

There should definitely be a R/S, but of 50/1 so this can run UP to the required listing price with plenty of time to spare.

Which no doubt it would since every single other thing looks good.

R/Ss are not as bad as people make them out to be, they do mean trouble for stocks trading with 2 and 3 zeroes in front of them because the purpose is basically to allow them to run down further, in this case a R/S is completely justified, just slightly mishandled.
